- Served as technical support for assisting other employees with issues relating to the software or hardware, ensuring success
- Implemented a synchronized display management system, so idle displays would play promotional material, promoting Cromwell’s image
- Created a custom mounting plate for a Ruckus access point, providing proper range to a large conference room, supporting employees, clients, and other stakeholders
- Ensured workstations were up to date and had the proper software daily, preventing unnecessary downtime
